About the Community

A Small, Honest Fan Community

LecraeZY is a tiny independent fan project built by a few listeners who love faith-driven hip-hop and wanted a quiet, public place to share the ways the music has shaped their lives. We aren't a label, a ministry, a news site, or a street team. We are fans. That's the whole thing.

What LecraeZY Is Not

It's important to us that this is stated loudly and often. Please read this carefully before assuming anything about our relationship with any artist.

LecraeZY is not an official artist site, a record label, a management company, or a fan club. We have no relationship with Lecrae Moore, Reach Records, or any other artist or organization. We cannot pass messages to any artist. We cannot arrange appearances, interviews, collaborations, or contact of any kind.

Nothing on this site should be read as speaking on behalf of any artist, or as an endorsement by any artist. Our use of any artist's name is nominative only — we refer to real people and real music in order to talk honestly about how that music has affected listeners, and nothing more.

All song titles, artist names, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Why This Exists

A lot of the internet has forgotten how to be a kind place for fans. Album drops become drama. Artists become lightning rods. Every interview becomes a hot take. And somewhere in the middle of all that noise, the thing that originally drew people to the music — a song that met you when you needed it — gets lost.

LecraeZY exists to be a small room away from all of that. A place where the point isn't discourse, it's gratitude. Where the goal isn't to be first, or clever, or loud, but to honestly answer the question: “what has this music done in your life?”

If we can be that kind of room — honest, kind, Christ- centered, low-drama — for even a handful of listeners, the project is worth it.

Our Values

Six small commitments. We mess them up plenty; these are still the things we're aiming at.

01

Christ First

The music matters because the message matters. We're here because the songs keep pointing us back to Jesus, and we want to keep that the main thing.

02

Encourage Wildly

Monday mornings are hard. Faith deconstruction is hard. Grief is hard. This community exists to remind fellow listeners that they're seen, loved, and not alone.

03

Honor the Artists

We love the craft. We respect the people making it. We never pretend to speak for any artist, claim affiliation we don't have, or treat another human being like a brand we own.

04

Keep It Real

Honest stories, honest struggles, honest joy. No spin. No performance. The testimonies that help us most are the ones where someone dared to be real first.

05

Stay Grounded

Scripture over hot takes. The gospel over fan drama. Grace in every reply. When we're unsure how to respond to something, we default to kindness.

06

Point to Official Channels

For official music, merch, tour dates, and news, we always send people to the artist's own platforms. Fan communities support artists best when they get out of the way.

A Note About the Name

“LecraeZY” is a tongue-in-cheek fan name — a mash-up of the artist's name, Lecrae, and the word crazy. Say it out loud: Lecrae and crazyshare the same middle (“crae” / “cra”), so smooshing them together gives you LecraeZY. It's a wink, and it's also the whole thesis of the site: being “crazy for Christ” is a biblical idea, older than any rapper or any album, and it's the reason this community exists.

We use the name in a nominative, fan-community sense. We are not claiming any association with, or endorsement by, the artist whose name inspired it. If a representative of the artist or their label would prefer us to change the name, we will work with them quickly and in good faith.

Contact

For questions, rights concerns, or community feedback, the fastest way to reach us is through the story submission form. Include “contact” at the start of your note and we will read it as a message instead of a story.

LecraeZY is built as part of Benetist, a small family of independent web projects focused on making the internet a slightly kinder, slightly more thoughtful place.
